Please log in to your control panel if possible and send your message from there. Your control panel allows us to verify your identity as the true authorized account holder and process your request more quickly.

If you are unable to login to your control panel you will need to enter the last six digits of the credit card account which your hosting account is billed to. This is necessary to authenticate you as the true, authorized owner of the account in question. If possible, login to your control panel and report your problem there. When you are logged into your control panel we know that you are authorized user and do not need to have the last six digits of your credit card as proof of your account ownership.

Note: If possible, please use an email address that is not @your_domain.com (example: use your isp, yahoo, gmail, etc. address). This will prevent delivery problems if you've moved your domain to another provider, cancelled your domain, or are having problems getting mail at your domain.
